Common questions
- Which heart rate strap should I use?
- Polar H10 is the reference; H9 is fine. Any Bluetooth strap that sends beat-to-beat (RR) intervals works for heart rate, but cheaper straps add timing jitter that inflates HRV. Optical wrist sensors do not send RR intervals over Bluetooth.
- Why is there no recovery score yet?
- The score compares this morning to your own baseline. It needs 5 mornings before it shows anything and is labelled "calibrating" until 14. Until then, your plan is unchanged.
- Why did the plan get lighter today?
- Your recovery band was low and a rule in your program reduced the session. Rules only ever reduce; you can see which rule ran on the Today screen. The planned weight is still shown so you can override.
- Does it work without an account?
- You can record and review training locally without an account. An account enables backup and sync. Circle sharing and the AI connector require an account and Kasvu Pro; your AI provider's account requirements and limits also apply.
- How do I delete my data?
- Use the data controls in Me. Successful account deletion removes associated live account records and clears local app data. Backups, provider logs and copies already shared have separate retention periods. Check for errors before assuming deletion completed; see the Privacy Policy for details.
