Your own Claude or ChatGPT reads your recovery, sessions and plan through the same engine the app uses. It can talk, ask, and propose. It cannot change a weight: only you accept a program, in the app.

Open Kasvu → Today and tap Copy today's briefing. Paste it into any chatbot — free ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, anything. The block carries today's numbers, the plan, recent sessions and what is missing, with the rules the reader has to follow at the top. No account, no connector.

Add the connector
While directory approval is pending, use the manual setup below. A custom connection is not a directory approval. Use the same Kasvu account as your Pro purchase. OAuth connects your account; connector access is checked when an assistant calls Kasvu. Free tracking, login, backup and sync remain available without it. Reviewer access is temporary.
This needs a Kasvu account (Me → Sign in) and an assistant account that supports custom connectors; availability depends on its plan and workspace settings. Kasvu Pro includes connector access, but does not include an AI-provider subscription.

- Open Claude on the web or desktop. Go to Customize → Connectors.
- Choose Add custom connector. Name it Kasvu and paste the address above. Leave the advanced fields empty.
- Press Add, then Connect. A Kasvu sign-in page opens: use the same email as in the app, enter the code it sends you, and tap Allow.
- In a chat, open the tools menu (the + or sliders icon), turn Kasvu on, and ask “How am I recovering this week?”
ChatGPT
- Open ChatGPT on the web. Go to Settings → Apps → Advanced settings and enable Developer mode if available. Some interfaces put this under Security and login. Workspace users may need an administrator to enable custom connectors.
- Choose Apps → Create (or Plugins → +). Name it Kasvu, paste the address above, select OAuth, and leave optional client credentials empty. Complete Scan Tools and Create if shown.
- Press Connect. Sign in on the Kasvu page with the same email as in the app and tap Allow.
- Start a chat, enable Kasvu under the tools menu, and ask “What does the engine have me doing today?”
Manage authorization in Kasvu under Me → Connect your AI → Connected apps. Disconnect the selected app, and remove the connection in your assistant too. Revocation prevents renewal; an already-issued access token may work until it expires. Signing out of Kasvu alone does not revoke a connection, and revocation cannot erase information the assistant already received.
Missing Create or Developer mode? Your provider plan or workspace may not allow manual MCP connections. Kasvu Pro cannot enable those features. See OpenAI’s current requirements and Claude’s requirements. Do not assume a custom connection works in every mobile app.
Grok — not yet verified end to end with Kasvu
- Open grok.com/connectors.
- Select New Connector → Custom, enter the MCP address above, and name it Kasvu if prompted.
- Complete OAuth using your Kasvu account and review the consent screen before allowing access.
- Ask “How am I recovering this week?” and check that Grok calls Kasvu and returns your account’s data.
These steps follow Grok’s documentation; Kasvu compatibility has not yet been verified. Business and Enterprise accounts may require an administrator to provision the connector.
If connection fails
- Kasvu Pro required: subscribe in the Kasvu iPhone app. If already subscribed, check you used the correct Kasvu account, then open Kasvu and use Restore purchases before retrying.
- Unable to verify access: retry shortly. Verification outages do not authorize connections.
- Older purchases or beta testing: contact support if your purchase cannot be linked. TestFlight purchases are not paid production subscriptions; beta access must be granted separately.
Optional scheduled check-ins
A coach that checks in every morning
Scheduled connector access depends on your assistant and account. This prompt asks for up to three morning checks and at most one note per run under From your coach on Today. Kasvu does not run the schedule itself. Verify the first run in your assistant before relying on it.
Where to paste it
- Claude Cowork: open Scheduled → New task and paste the prompt. Review the schedule and tool permissions, keeping Kasvu enabled. Cowork scheduling requires an eligible paid plan.
- ChatGPT Work: ask it to schedule this prompt with Kasvu enabled, then review the task in Scheduled. Plugin access depends on the task type and workspace permissions. If unavailable, use the prompt in a normal conversation instead.
The assistant checks Kasvu at the times you configure. If a run is missed or your reading arrives later, ask for a check-in in a normal conversation. Manage or stop the schedule in your assistant.
